Once we have received and processed your request, we will contact you to confirm the availability of your accommodation.

You will receive a confirmation of your reservation by e-mail. It will describe the type and number of rooms booked, the check-in and check-out dates, the number of adults and children specified in the booking request, the basis of board and the amount due.

Upon confirmation by us, a security deposit of 30 (thirty) % of the total amount of the reservation is required and must be paid within 7 /seven/ days from the date of booking. The balance must be paid within 20 days prior to the date of arrival. If less than 20 days remain until the start date, you must pay the full amount.

If you wish to cancel a booking for which a security deposit has been paid, the cancellation penalties described below in the cancellation policy will apply.

If a deposit is requested in advance, your booking is valid but is deemed to be finally CONFIRMED once the specified payment has been made for the specific request and confirmation of payment received has been received by e-mail.

In the event of non-payment within the described time limit, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

In the case of cancellation of a confirmed booking up to 20 (twenty) days before arrival, the client is not liable for a penalty, except in the case of a booking made under special holiday packages, in which the booking and cancellation deadlines are further described.

 In the event of cancellation less than 20 /twenty/ days prior to arrival, you will be liable for a penalty of the First Night of your stay and the balance of your deposit will be refunded.

In the event of cancellation less than seven (7) days prior to check-in or in the event of no-show on the day of check-in, the amount paid in advance for your reservation will not be refunded and the reservation will be deemed cancelled.

Hotel Hermes Hotel reserves the right to cancel a confirmed and paid reservation in case of force majeure and other reasons beyond the control of the hotel.

In these cases, the hotelier:

  • Offers the client accommodation for another period, while maintaining the same conditions and prices.
  • Refunds the deposit paid by the customer within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of a written request for this by the tourist, and does not owe a penalty to the same.

Check-in and check-out times:

  • Check-in every day after 15:00
  • Check-out until 11:00 a.m.

In the event of late check-out, each hour of late check-out will be charged at the rate of the late check-out policy established at the hotel reception.

Reservations are kept until 24:00 on the respective day of arrival.

 Pets are not allowed.

Check-in to the hotel is by presentation of identification documents. The data provided by you is protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the regulations governing the protection of information and is processed only in connection with the implementation of the established requirements of the Tourism Act. Hotel Hermes undertakes to provide the Customer with the services requested and paid for in full.

Hotel Hermes undertakes not to change the price of the services requested by the Customer, except in exceptional cases where this is economically justified.

 Hotel Hermes shall not be liable for any damage caused by the actions of third parties.

All claims related to the quality of the services paid for must be made by the customer on site at the hotel to remedy the deficiencies. The claim shall be made in writing. In the event that the claims are not satisfied, the customer shall request a report from a responsible person. Within 20 (twenty) working days after the report has been drawn up, the customer will receive the official statement of the problem from the hotel management.

No refunds will be made for services requested but not used in full or in part due to the fault of the client.

All prices announced on the website of Hotel Hermes and in the hotel’s e-mail messages sent to the client are in Bulgarian leva including VAT and tourist tax. In some cases they may be linked to other offers, promotions and conditions. If you need further information about our offers, our team is at your disposal.

 The cost of additional services is not automatically calculated in the final price and must be paid separately at the hotel.

The hotel is not responsible for lost, forgotten or stolen items from the rooms, stored outside the personal safe in the rooms, restaurants or spa, or for damage caused by third parties.

The Customer accepts the responsibility to observe generally accepted standards of good conduct during his/her stay at the Hotel. All costs for material damages caused to the hotel are the responsibility of the customer.

Smoking is not permitted in the rooms of the Hotel Hermes, according to the provisions of national law. Therefore, in the event of any non-compliance found, the hotel reserves the right to impose, without prior notice, a charge of 150.00 BGN.

Clients using the services of Hotel Hermes must be adults according to the Bulgarian legislation /over 18 (eighteen) years of age/. Children are admitted only if accompanied by their parents or other legal representatives. Clients are obliged not to leave their children unattended on the hotel premises.

 Hotel Hermes reserves the right to change the information on this page and the Terms and Conditions at any time. Whilst every effort is made to provide true and accurate information, this cannot always be guaranteed.

When a customer makes a booking they are deemed to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Bookings accepted by telephone, email or via our website are deemed to be an emerging contractual relationship. Payment made is deemed to be acceptance of the Hotel Terms and Conditions.

In all disputes and legal matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy and arising in connection with the use of the website, the statutory binding provisions in the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.
