BOOKING CONDITIONS
1. RESERVATION CONDITIONS
1.1. You can make a reservation for Hotel Hermes in one of the following ways:
• directly through the reservation form on our website: www.hermesresort.com
• write to us at e-mail: reception@hermesresort.com
• send an inquiry from the contact form on our website; www.hermesresort.com
• call: +359879015226
• Welcome to the hotel.
1.2. If the reservation is made directly through the reservation form on our website: www.hermesresort.com, it is considered confirmed upon advance payment:
– payment by credit/debit card – immediately
– by bank transfer – within 3 days from the date of reservation.
1.3. For all other booking methods – after we receive a bank transfer within 3 days of the booking date.
1.4. You will receive confirmation of your reservation at the e-mail address you provided. It will describe the type and number of rooms reserved, the date of arrival and departure from the hotel, the number of adults and children specified in the reservation request, the meal plan, and the amount due.
1.5. A deposit is required, which must be paid within 3 (three) days of the date of booking, in the amount of 30 (thirty) % of the total amount of the booking. The balance must be paid 14 days before the date of arrival, for which you will receive a confirmation. If there are less than 14 days before the start date, you must pay the full amount.
If you cancel a reservation for which a guaranteed deposit has been transferred, penalties are applied and described below in the cancellation conditions.
1.6. Upon payment of the required deposit, your reservation is valid but is considered FINALLY CONFIRMED after the specified payment for the specific request has been made and confirmation of receipt of payment has been received.
1.7. If payment is not made within the specified period, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
2. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
2.1. You can cancel a reservation you have made in one of the following ways:
• write to us at e-mail: reception@hermesresort.com
• let us know from the contact form on our website.
2.2. In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation up to 14 (fourteen) days prior to arrival, the customer shall not owe any penalty, except in cases of reservations made under special holiday packages, in which the terms for reservations and cancellations are additionally described.
2.3. If you cancel your reservation less than 14 (fourteen) days prior to arrival, you will owe a penalty as follows:
– If cancelled 13 to 7 days before the check-in date: 30% of the total amount of the reservation.
– If cancelled 6 to 3 days before the check-in date: 50% of the total reservation amount.
– If cancelled 2 days before check-in date: 100% of the total reservation amount
2.4. Hermes Hotel reserves the right to cancel a confirmed and paid reservation in case of force majeure circumstances and other reasons beyond the hotelier’s control.
In these cases, the hotelier:
• Offers the client accommodation for another period, while maintaining the same conditions and prices.
• Refunds the deposit paid by the client within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of a written request for this from the tourist, without incurring any penalty to the same.
3. ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS
3.1. Check-in and check-out times:
• Check-in every day after 3:00 PM.
• Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
3.2. In case of early check-in and late check-out, each hour of delay shall be subject to payment in accordance with the pricing policy for early check-in and late check-out.
Reservations are held until midnight on the day of arrival.
3.3. Pets are not allowed.
3.4. Accommodation at the hotel is provided upon presentation of personal documents proving the identity of guests, and for children – a document proving their age – a copy of their birth certificate or passport. The data you provide is protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the regulations governing the protection of information and is processed only in connection with the implementation of the requirements of the Tourism Act. Please familiarize yourself with the POLICY FOR THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA OF CUSTOMERS OF AS HOTELS EOOD (section “Personal Data Policy”).

5. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
5.1. Hotel Hermes undertakes to provide the customer with the full range of services requested and paid for.
5.2. Hotel Hermes undertakes not to change the price of the services requested by the customer, except in exceptional cases where this is economically justified.
5.3. Hotel Hermes is not liable for damages caused by the actions of third parties.
5.4. All complaints related to the quality of the services paid for must be submitted by the customer on site at the hotel so that the shortcomings can be remedied. The complaint must be submitted in writing. If the claims are not satisfied, the customer should request that the person in charge draw up a report. Within 30 (thirty) days of its preparation, the customer will receive the official opinion on the issue from the hotel management.
5.5. Amounts for services requested but not used in whole or in part due to the customer’s fault shall not be refunded.
5.6. All prices listed on the Hermes Hotel website, as well as in the hotel’s e-mail messages sent to the customer, are in Bulgarian leva and include VAT and tourist tax. In some cases, they may be linked to other offers, promotions, and conditions. If you need additional information about our offers, our team is at your disposal.
5.7. The cost of additional services is not automatically calculated in the final price and must be paid separately at the hotel.
5.8. The hotel is not responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen items from rooms, stored outside the personal safe in them, restaurants, or common areas of the hotel, as well as for damage caused by third parties.
5.9. The customer assumes responsibility for complying with generally accepted standards of good behavior during their stay at the hotel. All costs for material damage caused to the hotel are payable by the customer.
5.10. Smoking is not permitted in the rooms of Hotel Hermes, in accordance with national legislation. Therefore, in the event of a violation of these regulations, the hotel reserves the right to impose a fee of 200.00 (two hundred) leva without prior notice.
5.11. Customers using the services of Hotel Hermes must be of legal age according to Bulgarian law (18 (eighteen) years of age). Children are only allowed if accompanied by their parents or other legal representatives. Customers are required not to leave their children unattended on the hotel premises.
5.12. Hotel Hermes reserves the right to change the information on this page and the General Terms and Conditions at any time. Although every effort is made to provide accurate and correct information, this cannot always be guaranteed.
5.13. When a customer makes a reservation, it is assumed that they have read and agree to this Accommodation Policy. Reservations made by phone, email, or through our website are considered a contractual relationship. Payment made is considered acceptance of the Accommodation Policy.
5.14. For all disputes and legal issues not covered by this Accommodation Policy and Privacy Policy and arising in connection with the use of the website www.hermesresort.com, the mandatory provisions of the law of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.
